This is a dynamic role that demands attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work across air, sea, and road logistics.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end logistics operations: from small parcel e-commerce deliveries to large-scale bulk and container shipments.
-
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and road transporters to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
-
Handle and review all shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, airway bill, COO, etc.).
-
Ensure compliance with customs, import/export regulations, and country-specific requirements across Asia, Middle East, India, and Africa.
-
Track, monitor, and provide regular updates on shipments to both internal teams and clients.
-
Manage last-mile delivery partners and optimize order consolidations for efficiency.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve shipment delays, customs issues, or claims.
-
Maintain accurate records, prepare MIS reports, and monitor freight costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
-
2–5 years of logistics experience (preferably in trading, corporate gifting, FMCG, or distribution industries).
-
Strong knowledge of international shipping practices across multiple modes (air, sea, road).
-
Familiarity with customs clearance, HS codes, duties, and compliance.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus.
-
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
